3. Monthly Recurring And Non-Recurring Charges - February 1, 2006 through August 31, 2008: The following monthly recurring and non-recurring charges apply to EPL - Metro circuits which are ordered from February 1, 2006 through August 31, 2008, excluding the circuits set forth in Section IV.7.
3.1 Point to Point Service Full Bandwidth Type 1: The following monthly recurring and non-recurring per-circuit charges apply to Type 1 EPL - Metro provided on a Point to Point, Full Bandwidth basis, based on circuit speed and the term commitment in Customers master service agreement (Term of Service):
