Monthly Recurring And Non-Recurring Charges:  The following monthly recurring and non-recurring charges apply to EPL - Metro circuits which are ordered from March 1, 2009 through June 30, 2009, excluding the circuits set forth in Section IV.7.

 

1.8.1    Point to Point Service – Full Bandwidth – Type 1:   The following monthly recurring and non-recurring per-circuit charges apply to Type 1 EPL - Metro provided on a Point to Point, Full Bandwidth basis, based on Service Area, circuit speed and the term of service and, for monthly recurring charges, the geographic service configuration:
