2. Monthly Recurring And Non-Recurring Charges: The following monthly recurring and non-recurring charges apply to EPL - Metro circuits which are ordered on or after September 1, 2008, excluding the circuits set forth in Section IV.7.
2.1 Point to Point Service Full Bandwidth Type 1: The following monthly recurring and non-recurring per-circuit charges apply to Type 1 EPL - Metro provided on a Point to Point, Full Bandwidth basis, based on Service Area, circuit speed and the term of service and, for monthly recurring charges, the geographic service configuration:
