Section IV.1 – Digital Metro Private Line and Metro Private Line SONET Services

 

1.         The following charges apply to Digital Metro Private Line Access Service and Metro Private Line SONET Service:

 

1.1       Charges for circuits ordered prior to July 1, 2003 and/or (ii) under Company contracts which provide discounts on standard monthly recurring charges

1.2       Charges for circuits ordered on July 1, 2003 through June 30, 2004

 

1.3       Charges for circuits ordered on July 1, 2004 through March 31, 2005

 

1.4       Charges for circuits ordered on April 1, 2005 through October 18, 2005

 

1.5       Charges for circuits ordered on October 19, 2005 through June 30, 2006

 

1.6       Charges for circuits ordered on July 1, 2006 through July 31, 2007

 

1.7       Charges for circuits ordered on August 1, 2007 through October 31, 2008

 

1.8       Charges for circuits ordered on November 1, 2008 through June 30, 2009

 

1.9       Charges for circuits ordered on July 1, 2009 through February 28, 2010

 

1.10     Charges for circuits ordered March 1, 2010 through August 30, 2010

 

1.11     Charges for circuits ordered August 31, 2010 through July 31, 2012

 

1.12     Charges for circuits ordered August 1, 2012 through July 31, 2014

 

1.13     Charges for circuits ordered August 1, 2014 through July 31, 2016

 

1.14     Charges for circuits ordered on or after August 1, 2016
