NKOM (the Norwegian Regulator) adopted on the markets for voice call termination on fixed networks (market 3) January 22, 2016 a new price cap for termination on fixed networks. The price cap was set at 0.006 NOK per minute from 1 April 2016. The decision states that all providers of termination to fixed voice network are to publish their prices for call termination on their respective fixed voice networks.

Verizon Norway AS will honor the price cap set by the Norwegian regulator as regulated under Norwegian law for any interconnect agreement between Verizon Norway AS and any other provider of voice services. The price cap of 0.006 NOK per minute applies for termination to Verizon subscribers in the Verizon Norway Fixed Voice Network.
